Walters, Jr, Fred Hall was born on October 23, 1934 and went to be with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus, on July 4, 2016. Fred was wonderful, Godly Christian man, loving father and grandfather. He is preceded in death by his wife Kathleen Stanley Walters, his parents Fred Hall Walters, Sr.; his mother Lucille Walters and his sisters Susan Alice Hunt and Mary Ellen Harvey. He is survived by his younger siblings Cecil L Walters of Garland, TX and Nancy Oakley of Sapulpa, OK as well as his children; Fred Hall Walters III Of Winnsboro TX, Anna Walters Ward of Terrell TX, Rachel Stanley of Carrollton, TX; six grandchildren as well as numerous great grandchildren, nephews, nieces.
