Frances Mae died peacefully on December 15, 2017. She was born in North Little Rock, Arkansas to James Ernest Flake and Vivian Ruth Oliver Flake. Frances is survived by her sister Ernestine Chalfant of Austin Texas; daughter Lisa Jackson and husband Phil of Dallas; son Rick Waymack of Dallas; granddaughter Lauren Elmore of Frisco; granddaughter Lacey Chase and her husband Michael of Frisco; great grandson Nathan Ford and great granddaughter Morgan Elmore of Frisco. She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Willis Frederick "Bill" Waymack Jr. Memorials can be made to the Arapaho UMC Choir Program, Richardson, Texas.
