James Hugh Webber was born July 16th 1930 and, at the age of 83, passed June 21st 2014. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lena Ruth Webber, and sister, Bettye Wood. James is survived by his wife, Connie Webber, children, Randall Webber, Deitra Reynolds (Ken), Shari York, grandchildren, Rawley Webber and Baron York, niece, Tanya Boone, and special friend, Coye Evans.
