Born on December 28, 1932 in Sayre, OK and passed away on November 5, 2013 in Dallas, TX. Survived by children: Carla Jean Kidd, Jerry and Jerri Lynn Allen, Charles Kevin and Marshella Whitehead, and Kyle Robert Whitehead; 3 grandchildren: Carrie Lynn Kidd, Brandi Michelle Kidd, Wayne Thomas III and Amy Lauren Nance; and great-grandchildren: Derek Mifkovic, Hannah Presley Nance, Wayne Thomas Nance IV, and Noa Lauren Nance.
