William Walter A. Sutter, born on April 9, 1935, in Flushing, New York, left this world on October 23, 2026 age 91. William passed away at Baylor Medical University, Dallas, TX.
William is predeceased by Toni, his wife of 67 years, his mother Johneda Hilson Hubert Sutter of Charleston, South Carolina and his father, Walter Sutter of New York. William made his home in Garland, Texas, for over five decades providing his family with a steady and stable home environment. William was a retired railroad inspector, who spent his career ensuring freight trains and cargo operated safely. William's journey was filled with compassion, humor, and a healthy appreciation for dad jokes and the stock market.
In 1956, William embarked on the greatest adventure of his life when he married his beloved Toni. Together, they shared a life rich in love, laughter and frequent travel while creating a family of 3 kids, a first born daughter, Sandra Ann Sutter, son Steven Dean Sutter and son Scott Andrew Sutter. Though Toni preceded him in death, their love story was a testament to time as they were married for 67 years, William's family was his greatest pride and joy. His home was always open to family, neighbors, and beloved pets, each of whom held a special place in his heart.
