Margaret "Sissy" Helen Montgomery Wilson, age 81, of Plano, Texas, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, March 1, 2017. She was born on October 29, 1935 in De Queen, Arkansas to Helen Lora Johnson and Howell Wright Falls Montgomery. Margaret and her brother, Howell Doty, were raised in Horatio, Arkansas, where their father served as mayor and they graduated high school together in 1954. As a young adult, Margaret attended Ouachita Baptist University before moving to Dallas, Texas where she remained for the rest of her life. Margaret held positions in accounting and payroll before she retired. Throughout her life, Margarets favorite hobbies included traveling and reading. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and reminiscing about her childhood memories living in Horatio. Margaret is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Marshall and Angie Cook, her son, Cullen Wilson and his fiance, Kelli Durfey, her brother, Howell Doty Montgomery, her granddaughters; Michelle, Megan, Brittney, and Allyson, and her life-long friend, Kaye Mitchell, as well as several other family members and friends. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, Helen and Howell Montgomery, and her granddaughter, Tierney. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, March 10, 2017 at the Horatio Cemetery in Arkansas.
