Jon James Yarbrough 61, passed away Wednesday morning, September 10, 2014 at Medical Center of Plano. Jon was born Oct. 19, 1952 in Langdale, Alabama. He grew up in Alabama, and moved to the North Dallas area in 1962. He proudly served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam conflict and was the owner of a construction and remodeling business in McKinney, TX for many years. He is survived by his partner of many years, Tami L. Coffey, his sister, Carol Ann Stepp and brother-in-law, David Stepp, his daughter, Jennifer Holtz, 2 grandchildren, stepdaughter, Mary E. Coffey and a multitude of friends and family who will miss him. Jon will be interred after a committal service with honors on Friday, September 19th, 2014 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at 1:15 P.M. in the afternoon. There will be a celebration of Jons life at his and Tamis home, at 8209 Gallery Way, McKinney, TX from 5:00-8:00 PM on Friday.
