Mae was affectionately known as “Gramae” to her grand daughters and their friends. We remember Mae as a “Steel Magnolia” who valued the polite manners of a southern lady. She loved to laugh and have fun. Bob and Mae maintained a true romance through their 50 years of marriage. Special times were spent during summer vacations on the beach at St. Augustine, Florida where they watched their grand daughters and the children of extended family members grow up.
