Uncle Bob, you will be terribly missed. You were an amazing Daddy, Grandpa and loving Uncle. It was obviously how much your family loved you and treasured you. I know your legacy will carry on, but life just won’t be the same without you. I love you! – Julie

To Dee and the entire Tappler clan please except my condolences. Bob was such a great guy and I always consider him a good friend. The trips that we made together and things we did together were wonderful remembrances. From St. Louis we love you all.

Bob Billner says:

Uncle Bob, you were always there for me as a role model and mentor. Backyard basketball games, U of M football games, Engineering school encouragement, overnight visits in St. Louis, my home away from home while living in Dallas. We always remained close over the years. Dottie and I have so many fond memories, and we know your example and guidance will continue to influence our lives.

Excellent customer service, they made you feel like you were their only customer. Very helpful and explained what we should expect during the process. They basically took care of our needs during this time. They contacted DFW National Cemetery for us which made it a smooth experience. Definitely will use them again.
