Lindsey “Lindso” Jane Ramos, age 28, of The Colony, Texas passed away on November 9, 2016. Lindsey was born on April 19th, 1988 in Austin, Texas to Karen Jane Toomey and the late Chris Diamon Ramos. She was a 2006 graduate of Plano West High School in Plano, Texas. She loved volleyball and writing in her journal. Lindsey loved animals and was a true protector of animals by fostering pets that needed a home. She was a loving daughter and friend to all. She was preceded in death by her father, Chris Ramos; grandmother, Jane Smith Toomey of Cornelius, North Carolina; grandfather, Joseph Wallace Toomey of San Antonio, Texas; grandmother, Peggy Ramos; and uncle, Kevin Joseph Toomey also of San Antonio, Texas. She is survived by her loving mother, Karen Jane Toomey of Dallas, Texas; sister, Talia Ramos of Mississippi; brother, Chris Ramos, Jr. of Florida; stepmother, Jessica Ramos; grandparents, Junetta and Earl Prince of Illinois; grandfather; Sam Ramos; cousins, Terri Theall, Craig Theall, Taylor Theall, Brody Ferris, and Amber Ferris; uncles, Michael Ramos, Jim Ramos, and Glenn Ramos all of Wisconsin; and great aunt, Margaret Bentz of Houston, Texas; and several cousins from Wisconsin. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 3:30 P.M., Friday, December 16, 2016 at Bent Tree Bible Fellowship located at 4141 International Parkway, Carrollton, Texas 75007. Lindsey you are gone but never forgotten. We Love you and you will always be in our hearts until we meet again. I never knew your precious daughter, but if she was anything like you, I know she was truly special. I am so sorry for your loss. Having a daughter of my own, I could never imagine saying goodbye to her. I love you my friend and you will continue to be in my prayers. Rest in the fact that one day you will see her again. Its been almost 2 years and I still catch myself reminiscing on our times together. We would laugh so hard that we cried. I still think about you every day and I can’t believe you’re gone. We love and miss you so much. RIP Lindsey
