Obituary
Nora H. Swan of Princeton, Texas passed away on Saturday April 6th, 2013 at Baylor Heart Hospital in Plano, Texas. Nora resided in Princeton Texas for 14 years and lived in Texas since 1973. Nora was born in Evansville, Indiana on Sept 11, 1948. Nora served in the Marine Corps in communications, worked at the Chicago Board of Trade as a courier, worked for the Amarillo Police dept, and as a retail clerk in her career. She was a member of the Grace Community Church in Princeton. She is survived by her daughter Lorena Swan, and husband Jonathan Swan of Princeton, Texas, her sisters; Betty Parks of Redding, California, Juanita Hazel of Florida and Deborah Bradley of New Buffalo, Michigan. She is also survived by her step-sister Margie Strickland of Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her sister Mary Wyatt, and her brother George Brian Salsburey. Nora was daughter of the late George and Catherine Salsburey of Chesterton, Indiana. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM April 20th 2013 at the Grace Community Church at 691 East Princeton Drive, Princeton, Texas for friends and family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Grace Community Church.
