Rossi, Eddy R.

December 11, 1936 - January 27, 2017

It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Eddy Ramon Rossi in Dallas on January 27th,2017 Eddy was born in Havana,Cuba in 1936 and came to the United States in the late fifties where he lived both in Florida and Texas.

He served in the United States Army from 1960-1962 and was stationed in Germany and the U.S. He was an aircraft engineer in Texas and at Jacksonville Naval Air Station where he worked on P3 Orions. He obtained his pilots license to fly Cessna aircraft.

He was preceded in death by his wife Alicia Maria.He is survived by his loving family members,son Alberto and his wife Karen,daughter Alicia Maria,grandchildren,Christina Maria and Alberto Ramon,sister Carmen and her family and brother Armando and his family. He will be missed by his longtime caring friends,Mario Antelo and George Mendes.

His passions were chili cookoffs,fishing,cigars and travel.In the latter years of his life he visited Mexico several times with his son and enjoyed visiting his family in Florida. He will be missed dearly by those who knew him and we are grateful for the privilege of having had him in our lives.
