Obituary
Tulah Elaine Jeffrey was born May 12, 1948 in Wichita Falls, Texas to the late, Ray and Mary Segler. She passed away on February 11, 2017 in The Colony, Texas at the age of 68. Tulah was a loving mother, devoted wife, sister and best friend, Elaine loved being with her family and her dogs. She enjoyed making her family feel loved and nourished with a good cooked meal or dessert. Playing games was a favorite past time, whether with others or online. She looked forward to getting to go fishing, or just being out in nature. She just wanted everyone to be happy and healthy, and always found ways to joke and lighten the mood, even in the midst of great personal pain. She was a strong woman with an even stronger faith that God was in control and would help her every time she called His name. “A mother is with us always, first in her lifetime, then forever in our hearts and memories.” By the Grace of God, we will cherish all that she has taught us as we seek to…see the best in others, never give up and love others like she loved us, with all her being.
