My deepest sympathy for your loss. Donna has left this earth but her influence remains in the people who knew her. Donna challenged me to think a little broader, act a little kinder, and to work a little harder. Donna made a difference.
I was a librarian colleague of Donna’s and subbed for her after I retired. I admired Donna so much! She was kind, witty, smart, compassionate and a whole lot of other adjectives! She was an advocate for kids and books and libraries. The world is a little less bright without Donna.
Count me among the blessed to have shared her short season at Nappanee Missionary Church. She was always lots of fun.
Donna and I had Library together in high school. She appeared to be so serious, once I got to know her, she was so much fun to be around! So sorry to hear of her passing! Praying for her and her family. Janet (Lewis) Feazell
Donna and I lived close for this small town of Corinth! Always smiling and raising her hand for the answers. RIP Donna
Sorry on your loss.

On behalf of the entire Multifamily Inside Sales team, at ACPI. We send our deepest sympathy for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with your entire family during this difficult time.
Mrs. Mitchell, I have such fond memories of growing up with Donna and your family at First Assembly, Corinth. I enjoyed Donna’s friendship and spending time at your house. I think you and Donna and I sang some songs together that were fragrant to God. Love you still…you’re in my prayers!
Mrs. MacKinney was such a huge influence in my life when I was young. It was she that encouraged my passion for books, letting me explore the ARCs that had just come in, discussing in great length my favorite novels, and handing me great literature beyond the scope of a middle school library. It is because of her that I developed strong writing skills and gained confidence in conversing with adults. I was blessed to have the greatest school librarian of all time.
Deepest condolences to Ms. Donna’s family members. Kind and compassionate people such as her continue to live on.
Rest in peace my friend. You are loved!
Donna was a strong advocate for books and reading among children and young adults. Her determination to continue working at the profession she loved even as she fought her disease was courageous and awe-inspiring. It was my great privilege to have worked with her in the PISD library program and to have counted her as my friend. We have all lost a wonderful friend.
So very sorry about your loss Tim. Please accept my condolences for you and your extended family.
She was a loving mom and sweet I love her and miss her a lot.
