In my thoughts and prayers
Such a wonderful memory of Judy. Very well written. She was a very special person to me and was the very best mom any family could ask for – her kids were all choice.
Ann: Saddened to hear of your mom’s passing but thankful you and she shared in sorrows and celebrated joys with memories to treasure. Much love, Karen & GarethSEDIA
Judy embodied all that is good. She was a fabulous role-model. Many will miss her mightily. Love to all of you.
Dearest Ann, so sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. I felt like I knew her through you and all your loving stories about her. May you be comforted by all those sweet memories.
Much love to you and your family.
Bill and family, I’m so very sorry for your loss. Sending my love and prayers to you all.
So sorry to lose such a long time good neighbor. May she rest in peace.
Tom and I knew both Carl and Judy at St James. She was part of a ladies’ small group I was in, and we met for years. She was always so hospitable to hold meetings, and I envied her beautiful smile and humor.
My condolences and prayers to the family
Today we remember how Judy touched our lives.
She was a grand lady, who enjoyed friends and family.
Her birthday and mine were celebrated in November and led to wonderful greetings and well wishes.
Christmas was also a favorite time for her,a present of a tin of cookies were more than welcomed by her.
We will miss her.
Judy guarded my roses & brought joy to everyone she met. Her wonderful spirit lives on in her large & loving family, & we’re honored to be associated. We send love & deepest sympathies.
Judy & Zig have been a part of my life for many years after I met Anne when still in high school. I’ve been having dinner with her weekly for the past 10 years at least. She had a kind heart and a Great but quiet sense of humor!! She was like a mother to me and I will miss her dearly !!

It is a true blessing to have lived such a wonderful life full of love and joy surrounded by many family members and friends. With her love for her Savior Jesus, I am thrilled she is in the presence of our Living God, free from pain, age, and trials of this world. Celebrate with all the Believers who have gone before you!!! See you soon Nanny ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Your Mom was always sooo much fun! I remember her boisterous and infectious laugh, her geniune caring way, and her deep love of music. She was truly one of a kind! I believe that she may be the last of the “Cap Gang.” May she dance and sing and laugh in heaven for eternity! Hugs to you all.
Our sweet Ms. Judy. Gatetrail will never be the same. She welcomed us with open arms as new neighbors and friends 13 years ago. And now her kids, grandkids, and great grandkids carry on her precious, loving, and fun spirit. The definition of wonderful neighbors. We have so many memories with her – a big pot of chicken noodle soup on our front porch after Jackson was born, May Day baskets, visits with a bottomless dish of jelly beans for the boys, countless afternoons playing in her front yard, the list goes on. She has always been there and we miss her so much already. We will always carry those memories with us and all feel so blessed to have known her. We continue our prayers of thanksgiving for her wonderful, long life and for peace to all of us that mourn her loss. All of our love, The Hickman Family
