"I can’t say enough about how helpful and professional Dusty Martin, the funeral director at the Aria Cremation location on NW Highway has been. From my initial call, he was kind and informative. My friend died at home while on hospice and she was picked up in about an hour after receiving the call from the hospice nurse. The person who arrived to pick her up was also very professional/respectful and allowed us to take as much time with her as we wished. When I met with Dusty the next day about arrangements, he explained the process and options available without being pushy or trying to “sell” extras. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and, for example, was careful to be certain I understood the cost of the obituary I wanted and offered some options for reducing that cost if I wished. When I stopped by for another reason and started talking about some of the problems I was having with the pictures and media I hoped to use at a memorial lunch I was planning, he not only listened patiently but offered technology advice and let me use his personal media player. I have had experience arranging cremations for four others using two other local companies, and this experience with Dusty at Aria has been by far the best one I have had."

Doris and family, i am very sad to hear about Harold’s passing. He was a good neighbor and will missed very much.
DORIS,I KNOW THIS IS A GREAT LOSS FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.HAL WAS A GREAT GUY. WE WILL MISS HIM.
Hal was a colleague of mine at IBM, but more than a colleague – a mentor and a friend. We spent many hours together on problems at EDS and Hal was always patient and always the teacher. I am privileged to have known and worked with him and grieve with his family at his passing.
What a classy guy. It was always a pleasure to see Hal. He taught me a lot of very valuable lessons. Take care my friend.
I worked with Hal for a few years prior to his retirement. He was a good mentor. God bless you all, he will be missed.
So sorry for your loss. Sad to hear that Mr. IBM has gone. He was a really nice person, good friend and fellow IBMer. He will be missed by many.

While few of us techies kept in close touch after retirement we none the less deeply regret losing one of our own.

Hal was a good friend who you could always lean on. Never flustered, always composed, he taught me to find the humor in most every situation. Always busy with something. I can still hear his laugh. He’ll be missed.

The loss and sadness of a loved one is truly a difficult time. Just remember he is in all of your hearts now and forever!
Doris, Rosie & I are so very sorry for your loss. I enjoyed every minute of the 30 years I worked with Hal, and even more, the vacations we took together. He was a great mentor to me, and always there when I needed help. Though we didn’t stay in touch after retirement, I still miss him and his great sense of humor.
It has been many years, 27 to be exact, since the last time I would have seen Harold. I remember him as polite and funny. I remember the IBM family and what a good group of people they all were.
