Obituary
Kathleen Ann “Kaki” Quarles-Kimball went to join her Lord and Savior on April 11, 2019. A resident of Kilgore, TX she spent most of her life in Pasadena, TX where she raised her children and owned Burleson Florist. She was born on July 6th, 1941 to Nedra and Charles Gordy. She had 4 siblings, Charles, Paul, John Larry, and Ruth. She lived a life of selfless service and was generous and loved everyone she met. She is survived by husband Richard Kimball, daughters Kathryn (Randy) Gartz and Tiara (John) McClay. Six grandchildren Taylor (Jenn) Gartz, Faryn Carr, Nicole (Jay) Thompson, Evan (Kevin) King, Olivia McClay and Caroline McClay. And her “bonus” daughters Laura Kimball-Ravari and Amanda Eckert. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, Jackson, Jax, Noah, Anniston, Blakey, James, CC, and Oliver. She is preceded in death by her late husband Jerry Quarles, parents Nedra and Charles Gordy, brothers Paul and Charles Gordy.
A Memorial service will be held Saturday, April 20, 2019 – 1:00pm St. Luke’s Methodist Church 401 Main St – Kilgore, TX

Kaki’s amazing generosity and incredible spirit will never be forgotten. She was one of those truly special people you meet in life. We are so sorry for your loss.
We are so saddened to hear about Kathy’s passing our hearts are saddened. We will be praying for her family. She was my Boss at Burleson florist for 12 years. She will be greatly miss. We are unable to attend her service but here families will be in our prayers.
