Richard Allen Loetzer, passed away at Baylor Scott and White hospital on Saturday, April 27, 2019. Born 2/11/30 in New Brunswick, NJ and lived in The Colony TX. Richard was an electrician with his own company, Residential Wiring and retired in 2018. Survivors include his wife, of 53 years, Nancy F., his son Jeffrey, daughter-in-law Heather, grandson Preston and granddaughter Rachel of Frisco TX, A Memorial Service will be held Friday, 5/24, at 2:00 p.m. at the Aria Funeral Home located on Preston Road in Dallas, TX. Relatives and friends are welcome to join his family in remembering his life here for the past 16 years.
