Obituary
Gary L. Mann of Princeton, Texas passed away on July 17, 2019 at the age of 78. He was born in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma on June 23, 1941, to Carl W. Mann and Ressie Esther (Johnson) Mann. He was retired from Texas Instruments after 27 years as a supervisor. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Jeanie M. Mann; a son, Michael S. Mann of Wills Point, Texas; a bonus son, Christopher Merritt of Princeton, TX; three bonus daughters, Tammy L. Gore Patton of Dallas, Texas, Nancy R. Neely of Irving, Texas, and Julie A. Burns of Fredricksburg, Texas; two sisters, Judy Elliott and Karen Lambert; and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Gary was preceded in death by his son, Gary L. Mann; both parents, Carl and Ressie Mann, and a brother, Jerry Mann. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, August 4 at Good Shepherd United Methodist Church, 750 W. Lucas Rd., Lucas, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Good Shepherd United Methodist Church or the American Heart Association.
