Thinking of you always, my brother. It’s going on four years since you left us. Just wanted to let you know you left a little resemblance on my grandson, Toa (Manatoa). He was born Sept 12, 2019, and you departed this earth Oct 5th, 2019. I see your features on Toa and I can testify that Toa inherited your passion for sports. I will post photos of him. I witnessed your involvement in sports, though, you did not participate in school because of your shoulder injury at a young age.
Speaking about that, I was present during that injury. I have to admit it was my fault that it happened. I asked you to climb up the cabinet shelves (where we kept our clothes) to place folded clothes up top. So as you climbed that cabinet, you fell down causing your shoulder injury. You were hospitalized as it required stitches. They were long stitches that left a lifetime scar on your shoulder, I believe it was your left side. I wonder if any of our siblings remembered this.
We are planning to bring your cremains back home (Guam) to place you with brother John at our village cemetery next year Oct 2024. It will be so meaningful for you to be there since our parents, grandparents are there as well.
I miss you, Vincent. You and our loved ones will always be in my heart.
Remind mom to pray for us always. Love and miss you all so much.
