Mayrath, Ryan T.

Ryan Mayrath will be very missed by his family and friends. Ryan was witty, caring, and kind. He loved going to Mavericks games, eating Mexican food (especially Anamia’s salsa), and cooking. He will be most remembered for his smile and his dry sense of humor. He could always count on his dog Cooper, movies, and his dad’s story traps to make him laugh. Some of his most cherished memories were of traveling to Egypt, skydiving, and seeing the Mavs win the championship. Ryan was an extraordinarily good hugger and always loyal to his family.

There will be a viewing on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at North Dallas Funeral Home from 2-5 PM with a short service starting at 3 PM.

First of all my deepest condolences go out to the entire Mayrath family. I was fortunate to have Ryan as a roommate my sophomore year of college. He provided a ton of laughs and did a mean Will Ferrell impression from Wedding Crashers. We shared a passion for sports and competition, we spent tons of time together watching The Mavs and many other sports. He'd have me laughing so hard during nba2k7 games vs each other I'd need to hit pause. Rest in Peace friend. You will be missed
