Wonderful boss. Delightful man. My heart is sad to know that he is gone.
I remember the kind and charismatic nature of Mr. Carrozza growing up. My parents would get together with them and I always saw them laughing. I admired Nick. I met his children and realized the whole family was just…good. Years later, Nick proved he was cool because he had very strong beliefs and he found ways to stay current and relevant. He was always on social media and even friended me, a kid in his world, on Facebook, to include either me in the mix. He was a devoted dad and husband. He influenced many and demonstrated a strong conviction for high standards. I really respected him. He will be missed.
The last time I saw Nick, as I now called him as a grown up, we were at my parents’ 50th anniversary celebration a few years ago. Connie and Nick stood with three other couples who were all there at the wedding. What a gift.
