Joe Kemper West was my business partner for over twenty years. We ran two businesses, one a compounding pharmacy, the other a pharmacy management company. We served patients in many ways and Joe always acted in the patient’s best interest. Rest In Peace, Joe Steve & Linda

My condolence for your loss. I am wondering if Kemper as he was know to me was raised in Hagerman New Mexico. I was a class mate and corresponded with him when he was in the navey during Viet Nam. I have lost contact since, I heard he was living in the Ft. Worth area. Again, my condolence to all his family for your loss.

I'm Joseph Kemper's half sister and to us (my siblings & myself) he was known as Kemper. We met for the first time on July 4, 1960 for one day and then lost touch for 56 yrs. From the first call we knew we had to meet so we did in November 2016. My sister,my daughter and I flew down from Seattle. My sister and I have visited every two yrs since. We were planning a trip last year but the virus kept us away and then this year in the spring. Lots of lost yrs but we made the most of what we had.

Each time my family thinks of our cousin, Joesph Kemper West, we visualize a fantastic smile which revealed generosity with kindness and helpfulness. Joe (Kemper) showed encouraging words with action toward our family each time we got together or communicated.
It was a highlight in our travels when we brought Skeeter to Fort Worth and visited Kemper and Kit. An example of Kemper’s serving spirit was demonstrated during this visit by a simple mention of a favorite meal. Kemper immediately went to the store buying all the ingredients for a seven layer enchilada dish. It was delicious! We have similar memories from each visit with Kemper and his family.
We pray each time you think of your father, you feel better because he always brought so much happiness…..In deepest sympathy.
