Sad does not begin to describe the darkness your passing leaves, the absolute silence.I truly will never hear your voice again.Rest my love. I will always remember and laugh but for now, I cry. You will always be Mom #2/ Meemaw
it’s me again Meemaw…I have known and loved you since I was 7 yrs old. You were my 2nd mom and between the two of you a little girl was never so loved or cherished. I miss you already so much. I hate that you suffered even a tiny bit but you handled yourself with such grace. You are one of the most generous and giving people I have ever known. RIP
I was so sad to hear about your passing but I know you are in a better place. I will always remember you as a wonderful person with a wonderful laugh. You will be missed.
I had not seen Sherry in many years and it is sad to hear that she is gone away. She was truly a unique person and will be missed by many. Godspeed Sherry and rest in peace.

Iwill miss your great personality, our lunches, our phone calls and how you could always brighten my day. Our heavenly Father has truly plucked a beautiful flower for his garden.
Wifey,
Our relationship was a storybook of love. You always did whatever you could to enhance our marriage, breakfast in bed, specially planned trips, always a pot cooking on the stove to be sure I was fed. We always spent quality time together. We understood each other and were the very best of friends. You played a tremendous role in me being the person I am today because I watched how you cared for those you cared about. I will forever cherish my time with you and you are always in my heart. You are at peace now. I love you dearly. Your Daddy-O
Sherry,You added such a spark of class, pizazz, & fun to each of our family events and I never had to wonder why David loved you so much. You will certainly be missed, Thanksgiving will never be the same without you. I hope that you and Rebekkah are sharing a toast to the good times and the everlasting love. I’ll look out for David, no worries : )
My sincerest condolences to David on your loss. God Bless you.
I Am Sorry For Your Loss. You And Your Family Are In My Prayers.
Rest in Peace darling! We’ll see you soon.
To the Ross & Jones Families I wish you light & love may joy fill your hearts rather than sorrow and happiness prevail throughout your lives.

Dear Dr.David My sincerest condolences on the loss of your beautiful wife Sherry. I cannot begin to comprehend what you are going through at this time but I do know that The Almighty above promises to Bring back to life the love ones that we have lost in life ,through the ransom of his son Jesus Christ there is not more than i can say my brother but sorry for your loss.. May God grant you peace and comfort. I am the guy who re built your bathrooms back in 2007 at your medical center in Gary, I will say a personal prayer to God for you and your family my number is 219-455-2540 if you need to talk ok!!
I was deeply saddened to hear that my cousin Sherry had departed this earth. You had the most beautiful smile and you seemed to have kept a big smile on cousin David’s face when you were feeling your best. We never know that day nor the hour that the Lord calls us home. But my only solace is to know that He makes no mistakes. I continue to pray for David although I’m sure you will be watching over him. Sending much LOVE to the Ross’ from the Shirley’s.
I can’t tell you how sorry I am to hear of Sherry’s passing. The first thing I said when I saw her picture was ‘Oh my gosh, she looks so young!’ My heart goes out to you David.
Dear David, my heart goes out to you. So, so very sorry to hear of Sherry’s passing. I remember your kindness during the family reunion and hate to think of your smile faltering. Hugs!
Dear David,
I offer my most heartfelt prayers to all of you. I recall Sherry’s big personality and the time you and she visited my home. She was the power player in the room and the voice of great energy. I can only imagine how great the loss is but surely the gifts she shared will be of comfort to you and all who knew her. God Bless you all.
David, you know my heart goes out to you and your family. Sherry is in a much better place and I’m sure she is watching over you to make sure you take care of yourself. Remember the good times, the fun, the laughter and the love. Looking forward to seeing you soon. Let me know if I can do anything. Hugs, Tonya
Wow………..!!! You never get ready to say good bye to someone who was so full of life. It has been some time since we were with you and David, laughing about spilled water and your flair for making sure that you let us all know how jacked up that was… We know that you can rest now Sherry. No more dealing with life’s inconveniences. We know David misses you. There was such a twinkle in his eyes whenever he would look at you because he knew he had “the fairest of them all.” That is what love gave both of you. We regret not getting a chance to see you and hear your voice one more time. We love you Sherry and will forever keep our memories of you close to us. David, just know that we are here, my friend. Be encouraged.

Dear Sherry and David
I address the two of you as one as it seemed the way you were.Sherry had great strength. The time she was sick was long considering the sickness she had,but was short to us because she was so upbeat when we saw her.She always seemed to enjoy what was presented even if she was on the other side of the issue. She took strength in the fact that “David takes such good care of me”David did until the end.
Good bye Sherry.I’ll miss you and the red wine wont be as good without you.The last verse of the Rubiayat seems to mirror your thought about life and death.”Where I made one-turn down an empty glass.”
Love to you both,
Dad and Mom
Sherry, my sister Gwen and I will always remember the Sunday afternoons spent visiting with you and Michelle at the Jones house. Even as a kid, you were smart, sassy with a great sense of humor. You grew up to be a smart, sassy adult with a great sense of humor. My condolences to your husband and family. You will be missed. You were one of a kind.
I miss you so much! This time last year we were laughing together, talking bout my babies “good hair”
Girl, I miss you. Pick up the phone, writed an email….no more Sherry. All that fire and light.big sigh. Rest easy my love
I miss your beautiful spirit and the love we shared. So many wonderful memories I cherish and the touches of affection I got from you over the 21 years we were together.
Missing you and love you.
