McCann, Tracy A.
Obituary
Tracy Ann McCann died Thursday, Jan. 16. She was 54 years old. She was born Nov. 20, 1959, in El Paso to Maryann and Dave Farquhar. A devoted daughter, Tracy grew up in El Paso, but her family later moved to Dallas, where she graduated from JJ Pierce High School in 1978. She was married to Bo McCann for 16 years and became a mother to two wonderful children in 1984 and 1987. Being a mother was always important to Tracy, and she was proud to call them hers. She dedicated her time to the kids and the home and volunteered in the PTO and as a Girl Scout Brownie Troop leader. Tracy adored animals and had a love for movies and celebrity gossip—watching the glamorous red carpet world unfold. One of her favorite Hollywood icons was Barbra Streisand. She had an eye for home décor and excelled at the art of decorating. God was always a source of comfort for Tracy, and her love for Him was unconditional. Tracy is survived by her children, daughter Kelsey McCann and son Will McCann, and her brother, Randy Farquhar, all of Dallas. Her parents preceded her in death. The memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 21, at Aria Cremation Services and Funeral Home, 19310 Preston Road, Dallas, Texas 75252. Arrangements are under the direction of: Aria Cremation Service & Funeral Home 19310 Preston Road, Dallas, Texas 75252 214) 306-6700

Goodbye for now Tracy! RIP
Last Friday I learned of the unfortunate and untimely death of your Mother and my friend Tracy. There are no words to describe the utter grief that I am feeling right now, and I cannot possibly imagine the shock and sorrow that has been thrust on your family as well.
I will never forget all the fun times and laughter your Mother and I shared over the years! I learned alot from her too!
Right now, we all are trudging through the mourning process, but with support from friends and family, I think we can find ourselves whole again. Please accept my sincerest condolences and know that I am here with you through it all if you need me.
With Love & Sorrow,
Sheryl Radowick

Dear Kelsey and family:
I am very sorry to hear about your mother’s death. It really sucks, especially her being so young. The bond between a mother and her children is like no other bond we will ever form in our lifetimes. It is simply that very special and unique. Hemingway, once said, “That the only thing a person takes with them when he/she dies it what they left behind.” In the case of your mother, I am certain she leaves behind a treasure of fond and loving memories which you, your family, and her friends will cherish forever.
Joe
Tracy, God loves you and you are now an angel in Heaven and God has his arms wrapped around you. No more pain, just love and peace. RIP, sweet Tracy.
You were a great friend to me back when we were young, a truly good friend that helped me get through some difficult times. We had reconnected a couple of years ago and it was like we had never missed a beat. You were a truly wonderful friend with a huge heart. You will be missed. I take comfort in knowing you are no longer suffering and are in a better place.
Till we meet again,
Randy Akin
