Dorothy Elizabeth McMinn, 69, of Irving, Texas passed away on February 1, 2014. Dorothy is preceded in death by her husband, Clifton McMinn; parents, Violet & Alan Loughlin. She is survived by Connie R Saldana, Susan E Radcliff, Charles, and John Radcliff, Stephanie; grandchildren, Greg Saldana, Kendall, Jenifer and Callie Radcliff.
