Obituary
Arthur L. Anderson, Jr., 66, passed away on April 18, 2014. Born June 14, 1947 in New Brighton, PA the son of the late Arthur L. Anderson, Sr. and Jane Casbourne Anderson. He was a resident of Beaver, PA for 33 years and moved to Irving where he and his family resided for 24 years before moving to Grand Prairie. He was employed by HoltCat for 34 years and a member of Holy Family of Nazareth Church. He coached softball with the Irving Girls Softball League (IGSL) from 1981-1993 and served as President of the IGSL from 1991-1993. He was a recipient of the Irving High Spirited Citizen Award in 1996 and was a member of the DFW Gun Club. Surviving are his wife Judy Anderson, daughter Pam Anderson of Lindale, TX, son Brian Anderson of Allen, TX and daughter Donna Anderson of Houston, TX and four grandchildren. Also surviving are his mother Jane Anderson of Stoystown, PA, brothers Gary Anderson of Boswell, PA, Terry Anderson of Clarendon, PA, Bruce Anderson of Germany, sisters Cheryl Campbell of Darlington, PA and Becky Higgenbotham of Clarendon, PA. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Memorial services will be held this Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Aria Funeral Home in Irving, TX beginning at 10 am, with funeral services at noon.

Art was a wonderful man and a pleasure to work with. I had the pleasure to work with Art for 11 years and learned much from him. I know he will be missed by many. I egret that I will be unable to attend his services. Your family are in our thoughts and prayers.
