Kuykendall, Deborah K.
Obituary
Deborah (Debbie) Kay Kuykendall went to be with her Lord on April 19, 2014. She was born in Dennison, Texas on July 13, 1951 and was married to her husband David Kuykendall for 46 years. She is preceded in death by her father Roland Frailicks, mother Jimmie Lee Davidson and step-father John Davdison. She has two wonderful and loving children, Tawana Albough and husband James Albough of Pickton, Texas and David Kuykendall, II and wife Heather of Wylie Texas, and three precious grandchildren, JP Albough, Arlawna (Arlie) Kuykendall and Wes Kuykendall. She has six brothers and sisters, Rose Coker of Sherman, Texas, Butch Frailicks of Ardmore, Oklahoma, James Frailicks of Celina, Texas, Anna Guest of Pottsboro, Texas, Sandra Morris of Melissa, Texas and John Henry Frailicks of Ardmore, Oklahoma, numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and a large circle of loving friends. Debbie worked as a telecommunication representative for Texas Instruments and retired in 2004 after 28 years of service. She also worked for First Preston Property Management in Addison, Texas until she and David retired together in October 2010. They built their dream home in Anna, Texas, but she was only able to enjoy it for 14 months before the Lord called her home. Debbie loved animals and she and David had numerous dogs and cats throughout their marriage. She had two tiny toy poodles, Daisy and Dixie (The Girls) that she adored when she passed. She loved to cook for her family and friends and work in the flower beds. She loved to travel and had a passion for cruising, especially around Christmas when the ships were decorated for the season. Her favorite pastime was riding around the countryside with David on their motorcycle. They rode together for many years of their marriage with family and friends. Holidays were always a special time for her. She loved to decorate the house and celebrate with family and friends. Debbie was known by all for her joyful, loving spirit and her beautiful smile. She was filled with God’s love and shared it with everyone she met. Debbie deeply loved the Lord. She and five family members rededicated their lives to God by being baptized again on March 8th at her church. Debbie will be truly missed by her family and friends, but all are grateful that God called her home to end her long and hard fought battle with lung disease. Her passing on Easter weekend allowed her to dance before Jesus with new pair of lungs taking in the glorious air of heaven. A celebration of life service for Deborah Kay Kuykendall will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, April 24, 2014 at Grace Outreach Center in the chapel located at 5000 W. Dearest Dave & Family-You all are in our thoughts & prayers. We so enjoyed getting to know Debbie this last 1 1/2 years. Her beautiful smile & her sweet laughter were such a wonderful gift to us. We only wish we would have had more time to spend getting to know her, but what a blessing we had for the time we did get. Heaven gained a beautiful angel when Debbie passed. She will be greatly missed by us as her neighbors, but also as her friend. Take comfort knowing she is free of pain & sitting next to Jesus. We all will see her again.
Debbie will truly be missed. She was a very special lady that gave so much love to those she came in contact with. It was our honor and pleasure to have known her and share in her love for Christ.

My Wife, My Life, My Soulmate,
The reality and finality of your passing is now starting to set in. The loss and pain I feel is indescribable, but as hard as that is for me, I wouldn’t want you suffer as you did any longer. Our deep faith in God and trust in His Word gets me through each day. The greatest comfort I have my love is knowing the days here on earth are only a fraction of a second compared to the eternity we will share in Heaven with God and our Lord and Savior.
I am the most fortunate man in the world to have shared my life with you. Your beautiful smile brightened every room you entered and truly brightened my life. You were filled with God’s love, a love you shared with everyone here on earth and now with all in Heaven.
My Love, until we are reunited in Heaven, you will always be in my thoughts and in my heart.
All My Love,
David
A beautiful Woman, Mother and Wife. An everlasting smile that is forever engraved in my mind and heart. I miss you more as each day passes and will never be the same without you. I know you are home with your Lord and no longer feel the pain you lived with every day. I am so thankful that you are now free from the hurt and suffering that you had to endure for so long. Thank you for being the PERFECT MOM and for loving us unconditionally. I will not say good bye as I know we will be together again – so this is so long for now until we meet up again. I love you, Mom.
