Obituary
William “Bill” Martin Chudej Jr. was born September 16, 1939 in Temple, Texas to William M. Chudej and Bessie Hachovy Chudej. Bill passed away peacefully on April 26th 2014.
Bill graduated from Sunset High School in 1958. His work career spanned almost 50 years in the banking industry with retirement from Comerica Bank. Bill was an active member of First United Methodist Church of Plano, Texas. He loved golf and joined the Church League in 2008. He enjoyed building and flying Radio Control Airplanes and was a member of the Richardson Radio Club for many years. In his younger years he loved to snow ski and travel and could be ready at a minute’s notice. Survivors include his spouse, Sandy, daughter, Sherry Wilson, daughter, Rhonda O’Connor and husband Michael, grandson, Brandon Mullins and fiance Krystal Erekson, grandson, Ryan Wilson and wife Ashley Wilson, great grandchildren; Alexis Mullins and Shaidon Mullins, sister, Ollie Duron and husband Bobby, nieces, Barbara and Mary Ann, and nephew, Bobby, as well as their families and his faithful companion, Baxter, the dog who never left his side. To all those here today, you each held a special place in his heart and he appreciated all the support he received as his health began to fail. Services for William “Bill” M. Chudej, Jr. will be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday, April 30th 2014 at the First United Methodist Church in Plano, Texas. The family will receive friends for viewing and visitation from 1pm – 2pm prior to the service. There will be a reception following in the Grand Hall. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice.
