Ronald Van Nguyen, age 76, of Houston, Texas passed away on June 8, 2014. Ron was born in Vietnam on March 7, 1938. He was an educator and during his career was the Principal of Cam Ranh High School and headed the education system for the Province. After the war, Ron and his family immigrated to Grand Prairie, Texas, where he attended The University of Texas at Arlington and obtained a BA in Social Services. He worked for Catholic Charities helping other Vietnamese immigrants settle in the US. After Catholic Charities, Ron worked as an insurance representative. Ron is survived by his wife, Trang To; sister, My-Linh Thi Tran; 6 children and 6 grandchildren.

A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 2:30 P.M., Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at ARIA Memorial Chapel in Dallas.
