Obituary
Jon James Yarbrough 61, passed away Wednesday morning, September 10, 2014 at Medical Center of Plano. Jon was born Oct. 19, 1952 in Langdale, Alabama. He grew up in Alabama, and moved to the North Dallas area in 1962. He proudly served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam conflict and was the owner of a construction and remodeling business in McKinney, TX for many years. He is survived by his partner of many years, Tami L. Coffey, his sister, Carol Ann Stepp and brother-in-law, David Stepp, his daughter, Jennifer Holtz, 2 grandchildren, stepdaughter, Mary E. Coffey and a multitude of friends and family who will miss him.
Jon will be interred after a committal service with honors on Friday, September 19th, 2014 at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery at 1:15 P.M. in the afternoon. There will be a celebration of Jon’s life at his and Tami’s home, at 8209 Gallery Way, McKinney, TX from 5:00-8:00 PM on Friday.

My sweet brother, I love you so much and I will miss you each and everyday. I am so sorry you had to leave me. You were so good to me all your life. I cherish the times we were together and all the conversatons we had. You always ended with, I love you,sis. These were the last words I heard from you.

Oh my dear Uncle Jon, whom I’ve always considered my Brother..I cant believe you’re gone, but you will always hold a big spot in my heart..you always have! We had some great times together and I will never forget them. I love you to the Moon and Back!!~~I know Mama and Daddy Skeet welcomed you with open arms..You will Be missed my Brother Jon.
