Obituary
J. Hamilton Miller II, 68, of Dallas, Texas, died in his home on October 14, 2014 after a long battle with PSP – Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. J. Was born to Jack Hamilton and Donna Craft Miller. He graduated from Scott High School. J. was a veteran of the United States Navy where he served aboard the aircraft carrier the U.S.S. Wasp, and later as an Air Traffic Controller.
J. worked as an independent sales representative for the automotive parts industry. He was an avid and accomplished carpenter, who remodeled much of his home with no formal training. He will always be remembered for his wit, his smile and his sense of humor.
J. is survived by his devoted wife, Frosty Turner Miller, his daughter, Lori Morse, and step-son, Farren Turner; grandchildren Zach, Libby and Ben Morse; sisters Claudia (Peter) Handwork, Toni Miller, and brother Monty (Jenna) Miller; nephew Derek Senn; nieces Andrea Senn, Allison Nichols and Chloe Miller, and loyal friends Ken Shelton and Joseph Oaks. J was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Mills Craft Miller, his daughter, Leslie Miller; and grandson, Cody Morse.
A Memorial Service will be at 11:15am on Friday November 7, 2014 at DFW National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway Dallas, TX 75211.Testimonials
