Rose says:

Dear Grandma,
I know I didn’t know you for but 5 years but you welcomed me into your family with open arms. I had the pleasure of hearing you tell me stories and much more. You were always sweet to me and my kids and loved them as your great grandkids. You had a warm presence about you and your smile lit up the room when you walked in. I wish I had been able to get to know you better before you had gotten sick but I cherish the time we did have together. Love Rose, Jay, Skylar, Braylon, and London.

Excellent customer service, they made you feel like you were their only customer. Very helpful and explained what we should expect during the process. They basically took care of our needs during this time. They contacted DFW National Cemetery for us which made it a smooth experience. Definitely will use them again.
