What a wonderful tribute to my baby brother, Bill. I miss you so much, kiddo.
always a smile when we met no matter how long it had been he was a Gem of a friend and he will be missed by all that were blessed to have had him in their lives
We were blessed to have known you Bill, Stacey, and girls. You were wonderful friends, parents, and an honorable part of the Bureau Of Prison Family. Rest in Peace Bill, you were a good man.
A friend in deed…
Bill and I became friends as we had several things in common. We called each other bothers and this had to do because we both served our country in military and in civil service. I had the privilege to serve with Bill at FCI La Tuna with the Department of Justice as a Federal Officers. We both medically retired from Federal Service and moved to the DFW area and had the same Dr. and shared stories together.
Bill my brother, you will be missed.
Our thoughts, prayers, and our condolences go to his entire family from the Dominguez Family.
pappy i miss you
