Obituary
Anna I. Moses, age 43, of Frisco, Texas passed away on January 14, 2015. A service to celebrate her life will be held at 3:00 P.M., Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Water’s Edge Lutheran Church located at 5475 Coit Road, Frisco, Texas 75035. The family will receive friends for visitation from 6:00-9:00 P.M., on Friday, January 23, 2015 at ARIA Memorial Chapel.

Anna was born October 11, 1971 in Alma-Ata, Kazakhstan to Olga and Igor Kichatov.
Anna grew up in Kazakhstan, and as a child, she loved spending time with her mother and grandmother. She was a very good student in school and loved reading books.
Anna moved to St. Petersburg, Russia to attend the University of St. Petersburg, where she got a degree in Economics.
Anna moved to the United States in 1998 and lived in Jacksonville, FL and in 2004, moved to Texas and settled in Frisco. She became a citizen of the US in 2004. In 2005, she began working for the University of Texas, Dallas. She was the Assistant Director of Strategic Planning and Analysis. Anna had many goals, she was a lifelong learner, always wanting to better herself. In addition to her Master’s Degree in Economics she was currently pursuing a second Master’s in Data Analysis.
Anna, the most beautiful person, on the inside and out. She was the rays of the sunshine. Her bright shining smile was pure joy, just as she was. Anna made everyone’s world better. She was passionate about everything in her life, family, friends, and her job. She was very giving, with no expectation of ever receiving anything in return. Anna was youthful, energetic, and adventurous in spirit. Her dreams were big, romantic and she loved the fairy tale endings. She was sophisticated and always dressed glamorously.
Anna’s son, Igor, was the light of her life. She was very proud of him. Anna loved Igor’s friends and the music they created. She was very proud of his academic and sports achievements. They shared love for opera, music and arts.
Anna was a loving daughter. Her mom Olga visited every year. Anna looked forward to these summer visits. They shared a love of swimming in the ocean and spending time together.
Anna had a wonderful circle of friends. Together, they loved to sing, dance, take girl trips, and go to parties.
Anna loved to read and reading the Bible was very important to her. Her favorite authors were Pushkin and Tolstoy. Anna loved ballet and opera. Her favorite composer was Richard Wagner.
Anna survived by her mom Olga Kichatova, son Igor Moses and many other relatives in Russia.

Dear Olga, Igor and Bob,
please accept our deepest condolences. It is hard to believe that Anna is not with us anymore. She was an outstanding, bright, and lovable young lady. She loved life so much, and she knew how to enjoy it. She had a sparkle and she brighten everything around her. She was very special and we, her friends, will remember her always being smiling, friendly, elegant and beautiful.
i am so deeply sorry to hear of Anna’s passing . Anna was a wonderful friend to my sister in law , Zarina Eleeva. I had the pleasure of meeting Anna on a few occasions . Anna was a lovely woman and I am happy that I had a chance to encounter her in my life . God Bless .
An interrupted life is like an interupted song. It continues to resonate in your head and in your heart creating the feeling of unfulfilled promise. We will always have warm memories of Anna. So sorry for the loss.
What a joy for us to have been “long distance” friends with such a wonderful, lovely young woman. We will truly miss her infectious smile and humor. Such a loss for the world.
Anna was a hard-working professional. She was intelligent, elegant, a glimmer of sunshine. She always had a smile on her face. We are blessed to have met her and we will miss her very much.
