She worked at Baylor Healthcare and previously Frito-Lay. Emily built lifelong friendships with people from all walks of life with her outgoing personality and energy. Everyone was her friend, and she maintained those relationships. Her sprit, enthusiasm, and her love of life is obviously why we loved her so.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, & her beloved pet, Sullivan.
She was actively involved in fitness, gardening, painting, and playing the violin. Her artistic talent was quite evident to those who enjoyed Emily’s Cake Pops. Emily loved to travel with her favorite destination being Playa del Carmen, always hoping one day to move there.
Emily’s friendly demeanor and unconditional acceptance of people will be forever missed, and this world is a better place because of how she lived and who she touched.

Dear Karen, Michael, and Adrienne, We were crushed and so sorry to hear the tragic news of your precious Emily. She had so many outstanding accomplishments in her short life. We have many fond memories of swim team and get togethers in Topeka with your family. You have been in our thoughts and prayers. With Steph being in Houston now, we would love to have our paths cross again. Hugs and love, Randy and Mary 785-221-7073
Words can’t express our sympathy during this difficult time. Our prayers are with both of you and your family.
