May 8, 1928 - April 3, 2015
John Klimko Sr. was born on May 8, 1928 and went to be with the Lord on April 3, 2015.
John loved life and he loved people. He enjoyed working at Chance-Vaught, Ling-Tempco-Vaught, and Texas Instruments. After retiring from TI, he taught for a number of years at Dallas Christian School. Through all of his jobs, John not only enjoyed his work, but he enjoyed the people he worked with. Even later in life, John enjoyed visiting with people at any shopping mall he was at! There were truly few people who were a stranger to him!
John is survived by his beloved wife, Gin, daughter Regina and her husband Bruce from Amherst, NH, son John and his wife Liz from Valdosta, GA, son Frank of Farmersville, TX, grandsons Michael and Alex, granddaughters Katie and Carly, as well as his extended family and many other friends who loved him. John is predeceased by his son, Ralph, from Farmersville, TX, in 2014.
A memorial service will be held on April 23, 2015 at 2:00pm at the Highland Oaks Church of Christ in Dallas, TX.
