Obituary
Brave warrior Patricia Lynn (Herman) Liberman Conner passed on after a long and brave fight on April 16, 2015 at her home in Carrollton, Texas at the age of 66. She leaves behind her daughters, Sarah and Amy Elizabeth Liberman and Robin Conner, son in law, Matthew Summerfield, as well as her grandson, Gabriel Liberman.
Pat was born on December 7, 1948 in Brooklyn, New York to father Martin Herman and mother Dorothy Jean Herman, who predeceased her. She grew up in a loving family with her brother Michael.
Pat was a caring mother who enjoyed reading science fiction novels, live theater and spending time with her family. When diagnosed with cancer she continually beat the odds given to her and became a warrior and model of strength for her family. She remained a brave, iron-willed woman, even throughout her final months and passed surrounded in love.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Aria Funeral Home in Dallas, TX (Preston & George Bush) on Saturday, April 18th at 2:00 PM. A reception will immediately follow onsite.
In lieu of flowers, Pat and her family request that donations be made to Assistance in Healthcare, Inc, P.O. Box 396, Zion, IL 60099.
