My heartfelt condolences to the Nye family. I was a middle school and high school classmate of Heather's. She was a sweet and energetic person. I spoke with her at length at a recent high school reunion and it was quite apparent that she was a strong woman dedicated to her family and her career. She will be missed, but remembered.

I worked with Heather for about the past six years. She was always a true professional and dedicated to her work. We often talked about her love for Milwaukee and the memories she had of the city. I am saddened to learn of her passing. She truly loved her family and her work. My deepest sympathies to her family. May you take comfort in the memories you have of her.
