I was privileged to know Rozanna and Lincoln…what a blessing they were to me personally, and to Spring Valley Methodist Church. Rozanna’s sweet presence will be missed by many.
Growing up two doors down from the Hinsch’s I have a million memories of Rozanna and the whole family. I am so happy that we have stayed in touch over the years. I know she is at peace now and with her beloved, Lincoln. Much love to the family.
Rozanna and Lincoln were a joy to know at Spring Valley United Methodist Church. Her sweet smile and loving care will truly be missed.
In 1989 I went to work for Hair Tech and met Rozanna. I became her hairdresser and friend. She followed me to seven different salons. We had many laughs and a few tears. While Lincoln was alive Rozanna’s parting words to me were Lincoln said “Tell Barbara hi” and then she’d kiss and tell me she loved me. I will miss her.
Rozanna was a dear sweet neighbor that had a wonderful humor. She will be missed but know that she is healthy and happy with Lincoln.
Susan, We are very sorry to hear about your mom. She was such a sweet person.
Rozanna was such a help to me when I was a new teacher at Woodrow. I will always remember her smile and kindness.
Mrs. Hinsch was always so professional and kind; she helped me so much my first teaching year at Woodrow Wilson; she will always be a good memory, and now, she will join my wife, Dolores, and they will praise Jesus together.
Susan, Scott & Steve, you three were so privileged to have had such wonderful loving parents as Lincoln and Rozanna. They both loved their family and their church family so much. We will miss your mom in our Beacon Sunday School class at Spring Valley UMC.
We know that Rozanna has joined her beloved Lincoln and they are now among the saints in heaven.
Our friendship with Rozanna came from our membership in the Beacon Sunday School class. She and Lincoln were two that could take command of the room when they walked in. Her smile was her welcome mat and she never said “hello” without that smile to back it up. I learned that Rozanna was an Oak Cliff and Sunset High School graduate like myself. That made her special. When diagnosed with cancer and months of chemotherapy, I was the recipient of many cards from the Beacon members. A card from Rozanna came week, after week, after week, and always enclosed with a personal, handwritten note for my recovery. I know that your turmoil has turned to joy as you join your forever love, Lincoln, where the stars never stop their shinning.
