Bill and Carole were life long friends. After many years I was able to contact them via phone and e-mail. My sincere condolences to Carole and the family. I will miss Bill and pray for his soul and for comfort for Carole. I encourage all friends to keep her in mind and support her in the future.

Carolyn McInnis says:

First became friends with Bill’s Mom in Ft. Pierce, Florida. Later as I kept touch with Carole’s sister Janet Lopes, I learned that Carole and Bill were here in Metroplex so have traveled back and forth sharing Janet’s time while she visted her sister Carole. Janet was great comfort this June as she kept Bill comfortable. She will be great help to Carole in this time of such great loss.

Joye Rinaldo says:

Aunt Carole, thinking of you during this time.I am grateful for all of the happy memories I have with Uncle Bill

Alan & Lorraine Thomas says:

Our thoughts & prayers are with you & your family Carole, as we remember our dear friend Bill, gone to join Gene.

Patrick and Jane Dewane says:

Bill’s special love for his family, deep faith and value of friendships made a footprint on the hearts of so many. His dry humor and sincere goodness were true attributes to his overall character. He will be remembered with love.

robyn lacour says:

carol, i almost felt like family working with you and bill a short time ago, I am so sorry for your loss, you will be in my prayers Robyn

Rob Roadman says:

Bill was my cousin, the only cousin on my father’s side of the family. There are a number of memories of him from my very early youth. I especially remember when he and Carole were married. I was young, but I thought it was very special. I even kept little of the rice from their wedding for many years. As I think back, I know that losing his mother when he was a boy was something that always stayed with him. I take comfort in knowing that he and his mother are together again, at last. My heart is heavy, but I rejoice in knowing that Bill (who I always called Billy) was a believer in Jesus and is now in His presence. God is good.

Excellent customer service, they made you feel like you were their only customer. Very helpful and explained what we should expect during the process. They basically took care of our needs during this time. They contacted DFW National Cemetery for us which made it a smooth experience. Definitely will use them again.
