Beasley, Jill Jeanes

October 19, 1955 - December 28, 2015

Beasley, Jill Jeanes, 60 years of age, passed away peacefully on December 28th in Plano, TX, surrounded by her loving family.  Jill was born to Ruth and Jack Jeanes on October 19, 1955 in Richardson, TX.  She graduated from Richardson High School in 1974 and attended The University of Oklahoma where she received a degree in interior design and met her future husband, David.  After living in Oklahoma City, Edmond, and New Jersey, Jill and David chose Plano, TX as the place to raise their two children, Brent and Natalie.

Jill was an avid sports fan but was particularly passionate about tennis and her Oklahoma Sooners.  She was a long-time member of the Shooting Stars tennis team and involved with the local tennis league.   Jill remained close to friends she made throughout elementary school, high school, and college.  She built life-long friendships while engaged in her design work, on the sidelines at soccer games, and while playing on the tennis court.  Above all, she loved her growing family including Emmy and Sunshine, her best friends at home.  She is survived by her husband, David Beasley, son, Brent Beasley and his wife, Lauren, granddaughter, McKenzie, daughter, Natalie Beasley, sister, Janalu Parchman and her husband, Charles, brother, Wesley Jeanes and his wife, Simone, brother, Bryan Jeanes and his wife, Susan, and a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, January 4, 2016, at 1:00 pm at St. Andrew United Methodist Church on 5801 W Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75093.

Reception to follow – Maggiano’s Little Italy, 6001 W. Park, Plano, TX 75093 (NW corner of Park Blvd and Dallas North Tollway)

Jill loved flowers… even better she appreciated the value of even a small gesture to those in need.  In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to her favorite charitable organization, Emily’s Place.  The website is www.emilysplacetx.org

Also, Jill’s daughter, Natalie, has formed a team in the Relay for Life with the American Cancer Society.  She is very excited about remembering her Mama in this way- http://main.acsevents.org/site/TR?px=42089838&pg=personal&fr_id=72634&s_locale=en_US&et=K557M6d49elANIN4YvUTKw&s_tafId=1723296

Jill was the type of person that brightened up your Day just because you ran into her at the Grocery store. Always a smile on her face and something positive and interesting to say. What a beautiful Soul!!! I am blessed to have been able to call her my friend!

My heart goes out to your family. I’ve known Jill for close to 50 yrs. We grew up across Watererview from each other and she was one of my sister’s closest friends. I always will remember Jill with a smiling face and never a negative thing to say about anyone. She was a true angel.

Tom Ingram says:

A couple of RHS reunions ago Jill told me she was a avid tennis player. She knew I was in the tennis business and a teaching professional, so I hope the family does not mind when I get to heaven that they let me hit some tennis balls with her. There is tennis in heaven! So fill to me the parting glass, goodnight and joy be with you all. My God bless and comfort you.

Excellent customer service, they made you feel like you were their only customer. Very helpful and explained what we should expect during the process. They basically took care of our needs during this time. They contacted DFW National Cemetery for us which made it a smooth experience. Definitely will use them again.
