    Dearest Jon
Although a few years since I last saw you, your cheeky smile will always be with me. Many happy memories of the two of us spending time together as children and young adults – from saving me on the rounderbout in Bishops Stortford to chasing the boys away at school for me on the football pitch. Always my perfect cousin! luv Jackie

There would never be enough words. You were always just there, time would pass and then there would be the message…hey how you doing?….I will miss that! Memories, at least the people that loved you have those! A song, a place…..I have known you for over 40 years, a love lost, a treasured friend, I will never forget you, always in my heart x

I am honored to have had Jon as a friend for the past 15 years. Always quick with a smile or a helping hand with with my British car. He will be missed, but never forgotten.

Chloe I have so many memories of your dad. He was always smiling with those twinkling blue eyes. And when we were young his natural charm and cheekiness meant he got away with so many things when Lynne and I got into trouble with Aunty Alice. One of my fondest memories is the day Jon passed his driving test. I think he was living in Dorking. He drove all the way over to our house in Hoddesdon to take me out for a drive because he was so thrilled at having passed first time! I was 2 years older and still hadn’t passed my test. I can still feel his excitement and his pride. Your dad was always special and although I didn’t see enough of him recently I will miss him.

Chloe, my heart goes out to you and your mom for the incredibly painful loss of your dear dad. I only met him once I think; when we went to New York, but I remember him as such a friendly, kind man. I wish I could take your pain away but I know I can’t. I’m so glad you’ve got Bryan, baby Max and your mom to help see you through this. I know Jenna is brokenhearted as are a lot of people; such a great tribute to the kind of man your dad was. Hang on tight to your memories; they’ll see you through as well as knowing you WILL see him again. It’s just for now sweetie…just for now. Hugs and love.

My thoughts are with you Jon and with your family and friends. An amazing friend and neighbour. One of the kindest and most sincere and thoughtful people I ever had the privilege to know and fun as well, from dubious sessions on home made wine, playing squash, fixing something that was broken, a holiday in Majorca and my massively memorable visit to Texas. Thanks for the memories they will always be cherished.

"Nothing prepares you for the grief you go through when losing a child. I called this funeral home at 2:00 am broken and could barely talk. The amount of compassion and empathy they showed me immediately let me know I found the right place to cremate my son. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, SINCERE concern, and commitment to making sure my son was honored in the most respectful way. I hope this Funeral home values her as much as my family and I do."

"I can’t say enough about how helpful and professional Dusty Martin, the funeral director at the Aria Cremation location on NW Highway has been. From my initial call, he was kind and informative. My friend died at home while on hospice and she was picked up in about an hour after receiving the call from the hospice nurse. The person who arrived to pick her up was also very professional/respectful and allowed us to take as much time with her as we wished. When I met with Dusty the next day about arrangements, he explained the process and options available without being pushy or trying to “sell” extras. Throughout the process, he kept me informed and, for example, was careful to be certain I understood the cost of the obituary I wanted and offered some options for reducing that cost if I wished. When I stopped by for another reason and started talking about some of the problems I was having with the pictures and media I hoped to use at a memorial lunch I was planning, he not only listened patiently but offered technology advice and let me use his personal media player. I have had experience arranging cremations for four others using two other local companies, and this experience with Dusty at Aria has been by far the best one I have had."

"My Daddy’s service and our family experience at Aria Northwest Highway was truly blessed. Funeral Director Dustin Martin is the kind of person that you would like to see on a more regular basis – but in his industry – you hope to not see him that often. That being said – THANK YOU DUSTIN for your unending kindness, compassion and friendship through the process. Meeting you and discussing Dallas History, Find A Grave and my Dad’s lifelong contributions to the great City of Dallas was simply wonderful! In memory of my dad James A. Dodd, Sr. – I want to personally thank you and let you know that you made everything better in that moment. Your calling to “Be There” is spot on. Aria has a one in a million guy in you! Bling Blinky of TEXAS Shout Out: God Bless You!!"
