Ledesma, Oralia "LaLa"
Obituary
Grandma is a word of comfort to some, but when you say it and use it to describe our Grandma it’s a word that describes a person of forgiveness, honesty and unconditional love. Oralia “Lala” Ledesma, 79 years old joined our Heavenly Father and husband Enrique on January 5, 2016 with the love of those she loved around her. Oralia Jimenez was born March 28, 1936 in Los Ebanos, Texas to Roman and Paula Jimenez. She met her future husband Enrique Ledesma and relocated to Frisco, Texas in 1967 where they raised their family and called home. While in Frisco she worked for Hutson Industries and Frisco I.S.D.. Staying true to her faith and her Catholic school upbringing she became a member of St. Francis of Assisi for the past 50 years. As a member she donated her time to Frisco Resale and events throughout the church. Grandma never judged, but instead welcomed everyone as family and into her home where you always had a home cooked meal. A home which gave you a feeling of what a home is, filled with love and piece of mind because for even one day you knew and know love. Oralia is survived by her children Yolanda Gonzalez of Frisco, Eduardo Ledesma of Frisco, Gerardo Ledesma of Celina and Imelda Garcia of Frisco also by her twin sister Guadalupe Jimenez of Tioga, Maria Elena Oranday of Collinsville and brother Lionel Jimenez of San Carlos, Texas. 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Oralia is proof that angels are real and now she’s showed us we’ve earned her as our guardian angel as she joins her true love as they sit together on the porch of the home of our Heavenly Father. Viewing will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Frisco on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, with Mass at 1:00 PM, followed by reception. The family has asked that instead of flowers, donations can be made to St. Francis Catholic Church in Oralia Ledesma’s name. Arrangements are under the direction of ARIA Cremation Service and Funeral Home 19310 Preston Road Dallas, Texas 75252 214-306-6700
