The family thanks each and every one of these special people. In 1957, Betty moved with her husband Monte from Chicago to Dallas ,where they made their home and raised six children together. For many years, she worked as the Assistant Director at the Dallas Bar Association and helped grow its many resources, most notably, the Lawyer Referral Service. Betty enjoyed traveling, bridge, reading, and crossword puzzles, but mostly, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and her beloved cat Sugar. The family will hold a private service on February 4, 2016 and a small celebration of her life on February 6, 2016.
