Gale was one special second cousin. She was my link to home for the year I lived in Irving. Her home was always open and I was welcomed with hugs and laughter. We shared a lot of memories around the kitchen table. Don, Malisa, Daren and girls – I so wish I was able to travel to be with you. My love, hugs and prayers are with you today and always. I’m just a phone call away. So long, not goodbye – we shall meet again in due time.

Lots of firsts are coming up including Mother’s Day and it is truly painful not having you here. I know that my new normal is life without you but it sucks. I am taking it day by day and trying to emmulate you and celebrate you when grief strikes. I have so much to celebrate that is amazes me constantly. Excellent customer service, they made you feel like you were their only customer. Very helpful and explained what we should expect during the process. They basically took care of our needs during this time. They contacted DFW National Cemetery for us which made it a smooth experience. Definitely will use them again.
