No words can express how deeply saddened we are, just know that our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Gale was an amazing person with a kind heart and a beautiful spirit, and she will be remembered as such.
Gale was one special second cousin. She was my link to home for the year I lived in Irving. Her home was always open and I was welcomed with hugs and laughter. We shared a lot of memories around the kitchen table. Don, Malisa, Daren and girls – I so wish I was able to travel to be with you. My love, hugs and prayers are with you today and always. I’m just a phone call away. So long, not goodbye – we shall meet again in due time.

Dearest Mom,
I miss you so much. It has only been 2 1/2 months and it feels like it has been years since you went to be with our Lord. Lots of firsts are coming up including Mother’s Day and it is truly painful not having you here. I know that my new normal is life without you but it sucks. I am taking it day by day and trying to emmulate you and celebrate you when grief strikes. I have so much to celebrate that is amazes me constantly. I am taking care of Dad like you requested but really think he is taking care of me. We will be crying lots of tears and honoring you this Mother’s Day. We love you and miss you so much. Thank you for being our everything. Thank you for all the love and sacrafices you made. Thank you for all the wonderful years and memories. You are the most amazing wife, mother and best friend and I am honored to call you my Mother!! You are always with me–always!! Until I can hug you again my sweet Mother. xox Malisa
