Dear Uncle Julie,
I know in my heart that you are lighting up heaven as you lit up the skies, with your fireworks throughout my most favorable childhood memories. Give Nana, my Dad, Rich, Cousin Tommy, Christine, and the rest of our family our love.
Sue & I consider it an honor and a privilege to have had Julian in our life. Though it just wasn’t long enough, the impression he put deep in our hearts will never go away. We’re glad to be among those who offer condolences to the family and add our tribute to this wonderful man.
Papa I am sorry that i couldn’t be there on the day you left or the day they laid you to rest. I was told about it and it sounded like one u deserved, (salutes you) I know that I will miss hearing ur back in the day stories and going to all the places you used to take me, miss ur jolly laugh that would fill the room, I know the last few years u were in pain but the pain is no more and though you’re not here anymore I know ur in a better place with everyone we know, missed and loved. Could you hug them and tell them hi for me. I always asked u to come fishing with me one day I know you were scared to death of going out to sea, but now there is nothing to fear so everytime I go out come with me. The other night I heard you’re voice as a was falling asleep couldn’t make it out though so come back and tell me again. I love you papa and miss you greatly. Jonathan Jenkins (aka Rocky)
To all who showed up to the funeral of my grandfather thank you so much. Love you all
