I worked with Steve through the Northeast Texas Library System where he coordinated a lot of our training and continuing education events for northeast Texas libraries. He was a very kind and caring man. Prayers for strength, love and support for his family during this difficult time.
So sorry to hear of Steve’s passing. I got to work with him when he was a consultant for NETLS. He was always a straightforward, professional, friendly guy. He was fun to hang around with at our consultants meetings. And we all knew he loved his family very much.
What a terrible loss! We knew Steve through Northeast Texas State Library Syste and Texas State Library. We saw him at Texas Library Association Conferences and Steve and Gail worked on a number of regional programs. Steve was bright, funny, passionate about libraries and learning. He spoke with fondness of Theresa. We also worked with Steve on his pool, showed him how we kept ours. He wanted it to be perfect. He was an amazing sweet man and we will miss him so much.

My sympathy to the family. Steve was a life long and good friend. I will miss the conversation and his always present energetic laugh. He was a very good father and husband to his family. He’ll be missed….
We are so sorry to read about Steve’s passing, Theresa. Bob says the most fun he ever had on the golf course was with Steve. We are praying for you and your family at this very sad and difficult time. Bob and Vickie
May your good memories and thoughts from friends help you through this time of sadness. Steve was a high school friend.
You were always someone I wanted to emulate and you never knew it. You were a very stabilizing influence on me and you never knew it. I wish so much I had told you that. We all have such profound influence on others and never know it. What a shame.
