Kim- my heartfelt condolences to you and your entire family. I have met your mom only once and I had an instant liking towards her. When I was all alone in this country, during Christmas in 2003, your mom had invited me over to her house. I felt so much at home and she made me feel so comfortable. I even remember singing out loud the Christmas songs that you all do together as a family tradition. I have always cherished those moments and could see how wonderful a lady your mother was. I am so sorry about this huge loss. May your mother's soul rest in peace.

Chris, your mother was so wonderfully devoted to her children and grandchildren. Whenever David and I were guests at the Orth family Christmas or other holiday, your mom was holding a grandchild and/or laughing with such delight with her family--those she showed such devotion toward! David and I send our heartfelt condolences to you our friends...Chris and June, Elizabeth, Jackie and Jenny. And to your entire family. But especially to your dad in this difficult time. I know Jean's devotion to you and the family will continue to provide inspiration that will help you sustain one another.
